I screen for signs of:

  • Growth concerns

  • Obstructive Sleep Apnoea
     

This check helps identify whether anything medical may be affecting sleep, and I’ll refer you to the right health professional first if needed.

I’m a qualified sleep consultant, not self-labelled. I’ve completed evidence-based training through the Baby Sleep Consultant (BSC) program and am fully insured, so you can feel confident you’re receiving safe, trusted guidance... not just opinions or online advice.
