With over ten years of paediatric nursing experience, Dani is a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and holds a Post-graduate Certificate in Paediatric Nursing. Her background, along with her passion for supporting and empowering parents through the early years of parenthood, allows her to provide personalised, evidence-based sleep solutions for families.
"I remember sitting on the floor of my daughter’s room at 3am, tears in my eyes, wondering what I was doing wrong. I was a paediatric nurse — I should have known how to handle sleep. But I was exhausted, second-guessing everything, and stuck in a cycle of broken nights and endless Googling.
We were dealing with allergies, ear infections, and a baby who just wouldn’t settle no matter what I tried. Add in my second child with a completely different temperament, and I realised what no one says loud enough: sleep isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s complex. And when you’re in it, it’s so hard to see a way out.
Working with a sleep consultant literally changed our lives. It gave us structure, confidence, and finally — rest. That experience has really shaped why I do what I do now.
