What’s in the Support Packages

 

Every package includes:

  • Health & Sleep-Readiness Check — to rule out underlying causes before starting any sleep plan

  • Detailed intake form (sleep, feeding, temperament, family goals)

  • A fully personalised sleep plan tailored to your baby and parenting style

  • Daily check-ins + log review — so the plan is adjusted as your baby responds

  • On-going support (calls / emails) as needed during the support period

  • End-of-support summary + next-steps guidance — to help you confidently navigate future sleep changes

How it works:

 

1. Choose your package

Pick the level of support your family needs, whether it's just a quick reset or a more in-depth approach.
You’ll receive my Welcome Guide, which includes links to the Health Questionnaire and Full Intake Form.

2. Sleep & Health Check + Intake Form

I review your health questionnaire first to make sure nothing else is causing sleep issues.
Then you fill in a detailed intake form, which helps me understand your babys sleep, temperament, feeding, settling, your parenting style and your sleep goals.

3. Plan walkthrough zoom/phone call & I write up your plan

We’ll have a Zoom or phone call, and create your plan together. I’ll get to know your family and your baby, so we can tailor an approach that suits your family best. I write up your plan and email that to you (within 1-2 business days) before we officially start our sleep support period.​​

4. Support Begins

You’re never left guessing.
I check your Google sleep log daily (at minimum) and provide real-time tweaks as needed.
Phone calls and email support are available whenever you need extra guidance.

5. Wrap Up With Confidence

At the end of your support period, you’ll receive a summary of progress plus tools, tips, and next steps to keep sleep on track as your baby grows.

Option One: Rest & Reset (1 week)

Investment: $349

Best for families who want a quick, clear reset

If sleep has recently gone off track and you’re ready to make changes now, this package gives you a clear plan and the guidance to get things moving quickly.

Ideal if:

  • Your baby is waking overnight and you want to improve things fast

  • You feel ready to implement changes with direction

  • You’re comfortable continuing the plan independently after the first week

👉 This is your reset — getting everything back on track with a clear plan.

Option Two: Sleep Success (2 weeks)

Investment: $499

Best for babies with frequent overnight wakes or who become overtired easily — especially if you want a gentler, more supported approach.

If sleep has been a struggle for a while, or you want to take things more gradually, this is where real change happens.

With two weeks of support, we can:

  • Make progress in the first week

  • Adjust based on how your baby responds

  • Troubleshoot setbacks (this is HUGE)

  • Build consistency so results actually last
