Holistic Sleep Support for babies & toddlers.
Backed by a Paediatric Nurse & Sleep Consultant

Deeply personalised, health-first sleep support — from a paediatric nurse who's been there too.

If sleepless nights, early wakes or nap chaos have you exhausted, I start by looking at your baby’s health, then create a personalised plan that supports their needs and your parenting style.

Let’s take the stress out of sleep.

When your baby isn’t sleeping well, everything feels harder.

The nights feel long, the days feel overwhelming, and it’s impossible to know what’s normal anymore.
Sleep deprivation affects your energy, your confidence and your whole family’s wellbeing.

You’re exhausted.
And you deserve support — support you can trust, that considers your baby’s health, their temperament, and your parenting style.

This isn’t how parenting is meant to feel.
You deserve to enjoy these precious early years without constant sleep deprivation hanging over you.

You and your baby deserve restful sleep and all the health benefits that come with it.

Why Families Choose Dani

Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist
(10+ years paediatric experience)

You’re supported by a paediatric nurse who understands infant and toddler health, development, sleep, and settling — not just sleep consulting.
This means your plan is always grounded in safety, wellbeing and evidence-based care.

Health always comes first

Sleep struggles aren’t always behavioural. Sometimes there’s an underlying health factor making sleep harder for your baby.

That’s why I begin every support package with a Health & Sleep Check before we even look at routines or settling.

I screen for signs of:

  • Reflux

  • Allergies

  • Feeding issues

  • Constipation

  • Eczema

  • Growth concerns

  • Obstructive Sleep Apnoea

This check helps identify whether anything medical may be affecting sleep, and I’ll refer you to the right health professional first if needed.

Only after this step do we complete the full, detailed intake form.
This lets me build a plan that’s safe, personalised, and truly aligned with what your baby needs.

Many sleep issues stem from underlying factors — and we don’t start a plan until we understand the why.

Fully personalised sleep plans (never cookie-cutter)

Your plan is tailored to your baby’s temperament, age, feeding needs and your parenting style — and adjusted as your child responds.

I’m trained in all settling approaches, from gentle to faster methods, so you’re never pushed into a style that doesn’t fit your family.

We choose what feels right, and we pivot if needed.

High-touch, real-time support

When you work with me, you’re not left on your own.

You get:

  • Daily check in/sleep log reviews

  • Real-time tweaks

  • Phone calls and email check-ins as needed

Confidence-building, not just “fixing sleep”

My goal isn’t just better sleep — it’s to teach you & help you understand your baby.
You’ll leave with knowledge you can use long after our support ends.

Support Options for Every Stage

If I could give Dani more than 5 stars, I would!

Before we found her, our 7-month-old was a professional cat-napper, co-sleeper, and serial 2-hourly night-waker. Sleep was basically a distant memory, and coffee was my personality.

Enter Dani: part nurse, part magician, part fairy godmother of sleep.
