Service Description
Gentle, personalised guidance to lay healthy sleep foundations from the very beginning. Those first weeks with a newborn can feel magical—but also exhausting and uncertain. This package is designed to help you feel more confident, supported, and calm when it comes to sleep, feeding, and routines in those early days. Whether you're struggling with short naps, day/night confusion, long evenings of unsettled behaviour, or just want to know you're doing the right thing—this session is here to guide you. What's included: - A quick intake form to share your baby’s current sleep, feeding, and settling patterns, along with your goals and challenges - A 60-minute phone or Zoom consultation to explore your baby’s sleep rhythm, temperament, and any concerns you’d like support with - A personalised Newborn Sleep Plan tailored to your baby and your parenting style (Includes realistic routines, feeding guidance, and gentle settling techniques) - One sleep & feeding log review (within 2 weeks of your consult) to guide any needed tweaks/tips to support longer sleep stretches and healthy development - One follow-up phone call (20-30 minutes) to check in, answer questions, do some forward planning before wrapping up (or extending) the support period - Optional add-on support calls available if you’d like more guidance and support Best for You If: - You’re a first-time parent looking to start off with good sleep habits - You’re feeling unsure how to settle your baby or set up a routine - You want to gently shape sleep without formal “sleep training” The time you select is for scheduling purposes only and doesn’t lock in your support start date. You’ll be asked to share your preferred start date when booking, and Dani will be in touch to confirm. If you're in urgent need of support—for example, if you're struggling with your mental health or feeling overwhelmed—please include a short note in the booking form. Dani will do her best to prioritise your start date.
