If you’re feeling like nothing is working, Dani will work closely with you to understand the full picture — your child’s sleep, routines, temperament, feeding, development, and what may be contributing to the sleep challenges, so you can move forward without the guesswork.
Hi, I'm Dani
Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist,
Certified Sleep Consultant and Mum of Two.
With over 10 years of paediatric nursing experience, finding and using evidence-based information is my bread and butter. I’ve also lived the horrendous sleep deprivation that comes with having a “bad sleeper”, and the challenge of navigating medical troubles while trying to survive the exhaustion.
I look at the bigger picture too. Including your child’s temperament, feeding, development, routines, and your parenting style... before making recommendations.
I refuse to give one-size-fits-all routines or generic advice. Just personalised support that feels realistic for your family.

When your baby isn’t sleeping well, everything feels harder.
Sleep deprivation is literal torture. It impacts your energy, your confidence, and your whole family’s wellbeing.
If your baby is waking every hour or two long-term, they’re not getting enough deep, restorative sleep.... the kind that supports memory, development, and long-term health.
All the evidence shows us that supporting your baby’s sleep benefits both their physical and emotional wellbeing… as well as your own. But when everyone online is telling you something different, it’s hard to know what’s actually right for your child.
You deserve evidence-based support you can trust. These support packages are designed to give you personalised guidance, reassurance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support while you make changes — so you feel supported every step of the way.
I love helping families feel happier, more rested, and be able to enjoy this stage again… because it goes too quickly not to enjoy it. And I guarantee your baby’s emotional and physical wellbeing will always be my #1 priority.

Why Families Choose Dani
Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist
(10+ years paediatric experience)
Health First Approach
Sleep struggles aren’t always behavioural. Sometimes there’s an underlying health factor making sleep harder for your baby. That’s why I always start with a Health & Sleep Check, so I can help identify whether anything medical may be affecting sleep, and I'll refer you to the right health professional first if needed.
Some things I screen for:
-
Reflux
-
Allergies/eczema
-
Constipation
-
Growth concerns
-
Obstructive Sleep Apnoea
A 'real' Sleep Consultant
I’m a qualified sleep consultant, not self-labelled. I’ve completed evidence-based training through the Baby Sleep Consultant (BSC) program and am fully insured by the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Foundation, so you can feel confident you’re receiving safe, trusted guidance... not just opinions or online advice. This is why my support actually works.

FAQs
Do I need to sleep train?
No, not at all. My approach is personalised to your child, your parenting style, and your family’s goals.
Many families simply need support with routines, feeding, sleep foundations, troubleshooting, or understanding what may be impacting sleep.
Often, once the foundations are in place, sleep comes much more easily: babies settle faster, wake less, and everyone feels more rested.
Sometimes though, the final piece of the puzzle is teaching your baby to self-settle and link sleep cycles independently. There are faster approaches, such as spaced soothing, but there are also gentler, more gradual options too.
If this is a path you’d like to take, it’s really important to have the foundations in place first. From there, we can choose an approach that suits your baby’s temperament, your parenting style, and adjust or pivot along the way depending on how your baby is responding and how you’re feeling too.
What's the difference between the 1 week and 2 week support?
The 1 week package is ideal for families wanting personalised guidance, troubleshooting, and support getting sleep moving in the right direction.
The 2 week package allows for more ongoing support, reassurance, troubleshooting, and flexibility while making changes. It also gives us more time to navigate setbacks, disrupted routines, regressions, sickness, or rough nights... and help get things back on track along the way.
Often, we make huge progress in the first week and then use the second week to test the boundaries a little more; getting out of the house, navigating naps on the go, or handling changes to routine... while still having support to troubleshoot and adjust along the way.
What ages do you support?
This package is designed for babies 4/5months - 2.5yo.

What if my child has medical challenges or additional needs?
Absolutely. Dani’s paediatric nursing background means she always considers the bigger picture before making recommendations.
Many sleep consultants won’t work with babies who have more complex medical histories, but Dani’s experience navigating medical challenges with her own first child has lit a fire in her to support these families... because they are often the ones who need support the most.
Trying to navigate medical concerns while severely sleep deprived can feel incredibly overwhelming, and your baby’s health and wellbeing will always come first.
Dani will never recommend dropping feeds or sleep training where there are medical concerns unless your healthcare team agrees it is appropriate and in your baby’s best interest. But there is still so much that can be done to improve sleep foundations, support your baby’s sleep quality, and help your family feel more rested overall.
Every plan is personalised to your baby, your family, and your circumstances.
You don’t have to keep surviving on broken sleep.
With the right support, sleep can start to feel easier, and you can ENJOY these precious early years with your little one. They fly by too quickly not to.
Lets work together to create a plan that feels right for you & your family.
